M-E-S and cinematography in our own print adverts

M-E-S and cinematography Positioning In my advert I plan to have two sides one side with a run down unhygienic setting with a dog placed in it and it being tied up to the wall. On the other side there will be a normal house with a family the dog will still be tied up in the centre with signs around it like empty bowls. The title slogan will be placed at the top and the log and the phase will be placed along the bottom with the logo in the corner.   The lighting would be different in my ad as you have the first image were the dog has natural light coming through a shattered room window. On the other side there will be natural light coming throughout the window but artificial lights from the bulb.   The acting will be coming from the dog and the family walking by. There face will not be visible due to the fact you are not meant to see them looking at the dog like they are neglecting him.   There will be normal clothes worn on set and the dogs hair will be done to

thriller opening scene sound analysis

the sound creates the genre very well as its mysterious and low beat what works very well for a sci-fi movie and I feel you only hear music like this in a sci-fi or horror movie as its mysterious like the movies themselves.  the sound helps the narrative as it sets up the whole idea that it sci-fi so you would expect some futuristic thing but it helps cut right into the action about the dinosaurs more easily  I think its well used in the thriller genre as thrillers are mystery and this music represents that idea so variants of this type of music may be used in other thriller movies  there is diegetic sound from where they add the music overlapping the credits and the scenery there is a synchronous sound where the dinosaur steps down as its added to make it seem more powerful and have more of an impact   I felt there was a bit of a sting there with the dinosaur stomp as its introducing the dinosaurs as something what's going to appear through out  there was

opening sequnece (m-e-s)

guardians of the galaxy vol 2 in opening sequence you see the main protagonist fighting an evil monster while baby root dances around in the background.  the positioning of the camera throughout the opening sequence is from a far and using a shallow focus as your attention is mainly focusing on groot. the lighting in the scenes were really bright and it has a glow to show the object they are working around is not a normal thing. the acting in this scene was quite serious at some points where as the small character you focus on is messing around. the costumes are quite unique as there group is quite diverse and they are meant to be from different planets or mutated. the facial expressions are focused in their work except for groot who's dancing happily. the setting was really vibrant and the background goes into extreme detail. 21 yr white male who is a uni student at oxford uni studying maths  the big bang theory , itv news London,  itv evening news ,star trek i choose these programs for this person as he has a reformer psychographics which means he is very intelligent as he has attended uni and he has social awareness which means he likes to know whats going on. his demographics is a E which may suggest he still into the ski-fi area. he’s male so no soaps really into sic-fi stuff he’s young so not particularly older programs for him 16 year old black girl who is currently school refusing has no GCSEs   Simpsons 1hr, Hollyoaks  , Eastenders ,family guy 1hr Jeremy carl These programs i felt suited her demographics which is an E and she is probably a struggler in the psychographics which may suggest she likes soaps and programs like the Jeremy carl show.she’s black and her cultural background may be harsh and her attitude and behaviour must be low as she doesn’t have any school qualifications. stranger things the site that consumers can watch stranger things on is Netflix however their can be other sites which are consider illegal which some may use. however there are fandom sites where responses trailers and other things to do with it are there ( http://strangerthings.wikia.com/wiki/Stranger_Things ) on these sites there will be episode guides trailers predictions and others  on these websites the audience can comment and post some of their ideas  i reckon the main majority of and are from english speaking countrys but here are a lot of people commenting on these websites the killing (forbrydelsen) I reckon that users can watch this programme on Netflix but there may be many illegal streaming websites for this tv show. opening sequences and narrative theories

Guardians Of The Galaxy vol 2 I think this opening sequence follows parts of equilibrium and binary opposite theory the reason for this is that in the short clip we see everything is just normal ( in a way for them ) then it kicks off a bit which suggests they must have a resolution since they have the equilibrium and disruption. I also thought it was apart of binary opposites the reason for this is that they have the good and the bad coming together and fighting against each other.   The Dark Knight I believe the opening sequence follows the enigma code the reason i think this as in the scenes you don't really know what is going on and theres a lot of mystery surrounding it. Another thing is that there are little clues like when he takes of his mask and reveals who he is however you don't really know his plans and gist of what is going to happen next
